As leisurely mornings go, it doesn't get more easy going than this trip to Marina Rubicón. This is a great excursion to take if you're staying in Puerto Del Carmen and Costa Teguise. You'll take a trip down to the marina where your guide will help you get oriented. Then, you're free to head off and explore at your own pace.
This yacht harbour slash leisure hub has plenty going on. For starters, the pathway that divides the harbour area from the open sea is one of the most scenic walking routes on this side of the island. You'll get a good look at all the fancy boats that're parked up here – it has room for over 500 of them, after all – as well as some epic coastal views.
What's more, the marina is framed by a selection of boutiques and stylish shops, where you can pick up the likes of designer clothes and the usual souvenirs, like magnets and themed ornaments. A market is hosted here every Wednesday and Saturday, as well, where local handicrafts and regional goods are up for grabs. After some time looking around and shopping for anything you fancy, you'll be driven back to your accommodation.
