The Agafay Desert, a stone's throw away from Marrakech, offers an ideal landscape for buggy rides with its barren hills and infinite horizon nestled at the foot of the Atlas Mountains.
Your adventure begins with a briefing about the tour and equipment handover before embarking on a journey that takes you from the rocky expanses of Agafay to the lower reaches of the Atlas range. You'll spend a couple of hours in a buggy, exploring the most scenic routes that weave through the hills of this distinctive desert. This place has a striking resemblance to the Saharan desert, but with the added backdrop of the Atlas Mountains. Weather permitting, you'll be treated to several awe-inspiring views of the High Atlas Mountains throughout your day.
Your route will take you through some local villages of Agafay where you'll discover authentic dry riverbeds. Depending on how your day unfolds, your guides will be more than happy to share their favourite spots and routes that are accessible by buggy.
