Accompanied by your experienced guide and a marine biologist, you'll learn about the importance of Posidonia. Let your guide take you on a kayak tour through the marine protected area of the Dragonera Islands, offshore from Sant Elm. It's a rich ecosystem home to dolphins, fish, birds, algae, and more. From Palma de Mallorca, travel into the Serra de Tramontana mountains, where you'll discover this eye-catching town, nicknamed the 'Valley of Oranges'. Historically, Sóller was isolated from the rest of Mallorca due to its mountains, allowing the development of unique cultural and agricultural practices. Els Calderers Country Estate Visit

The centuries-old Els Calderers estate is a country house and farm with a history to tell. The kids will love petting the farm animals and discovering all of the historic nooks and crannies. And the adults can explore the museum housing Majorcan furniture and artefacts, which bring the island's culture to life. It's a fun day out for all the family.Els Calderers is located near the village of Sant Joan, right in the heart of the Majorcan countryside. Its history can be traced all the way back to 1285. After a large renovation project, it former glory has been restored and it's now a tranquil space with impressive grounds to while away a few hours.There's the main building with the museum, and you can also visit the wine cellar, bakery, chapel and barns. You'll also find farm animals, including the famous black pigs, and pretty gardens to wander around. A visit that brings Majorca's past to life.
