Voyagez à travers les paysages volcaniques et les traditions culinaires de Lanzarote au cours de cette excursion savoureuse. L'aventure commence à Las Salinas de Janubio, les plus grandes salines des îles Canaries. Goûtez le sel frais et découvrez comment il est récolté de manière traditionnelle, selon des techniques datant du 19e siècle. Le sel blanc contrastant avec le terrain volcanique sombre de l'île, cet endroit est parfait pour exercer vos talents de photographe.

Vous continuerez vers El Golfo, un village de pêcheurs situé sur la côte ouest de l'île. Vous arrêterez au Lago Verde, un lagon vert situé dans un ancien cratère volcanique, dont la couleur est due aux algues présentes dans l'eau. Le lagon est séparé de la mer par une plage de sable noir, qui contraste avec l'eau verte du lagon et le bleu profond de la mer. Pendant votre temps libre à El Golfo, vous pourrez explorer à votre rythme les nombreux restaurants en bord de mer de la ville. Bien que les repas ne soient pas inclus dans cette partie du voyage, les spécialités locales telles que le poisson grillé et les papas arrugadas, également appelées "pommes de terre ridées", valent le détour. Cette spécialité canarienne est bouillie dans une eau très salée jusqu'à ce que la peau se ride et forme une croûte salée, généralement servie avec une sauce mojo rouge ou verte.

Vous continuerez avec la visite de La Geria, la région viticole de Lanzarote, connue pour ses méthodes de production uniques. Les vignes sont cultivées dans des fosses creusées dans le sol volcanique et protégées par des murs de pierre appelés zocos. Cela permet aux vignes de prospérer malgré les conditions sèches et les vents forts de l'île, et de produire le célèbre vin Malvasia de l'île. Votre excursion se termine par une séance de dégustation de vins, où vous goûterez aux saveurs qui font la réputation de Lanzarote tout en admirant les vues sur le volcan.
