Get ready to spend a day exploring the lavender fields of Provence! Your day trip starts in Aix-en-Provence where you meet your friendly guide.
The first part of your drive will be through the Luberon Regional Natural Park, along the beautiful, winding roads of Combe de Lourmarin to join the Claparèdes Plateau. On the way, admire the typical, local houses made of stone, called "bories" which are surrounded by lavender fields. Your guide will stop in the village of Saignon where you will have time to enjoy a breathtaking panorama!
Your tour will continue in the direction of Pays de Sault, where lavender and lavandin are grown and distilled. Arriving in Sault you can enjoy some free time for lunch (not included). Take the opportunity to taste local Provencal specialties like the nougat produced in the village with lavender honey and almonds.

Perched high in the Luberon area, this Provencal village is classified as one of "the most beautiful villages in France". It is famous for the dry stones with which the whole village is constructed.
