Gibraltar and Vejer de la Frontera may both be within striking distance of the Costa de la Luz – but they are worlds apart in every other sense. On this day trip, you'll visit a typical whitewashed village and the British territory where it hardly ever rains.
Your day kicks off with a trip inland, past rolling hills and a horizon dotted with pretty whitewashed villages. And once we reach Vejer de la Frontera, you'll have about an hour's free time to discover its cobbled winding alleys and pretty plazas, and soak up its dramatic history.
Then it's on to Gibraltar, where you'll have free time to explore the city at your own pace. The pedestrianized area of this famous British outpost, which overlooks the North African coast, is a great place for some duty free shopping. There's an array of shops to choose from where you can pick up plenty of bargains on almost everything and those all-important souvenirs.
