Accessibility:

• The balloon ride is unsuitable for anyone with injuries, who have had surgery, back/hip/knee problems, health concerns, walking difficulties, severe auditory problems or is/may be pregnant

• A visit to three tombs is included in your Valley of the Kings entrance ticket, except for Ramses VI and Tutankhamen's tombs, which require an additional fee, Tutankhamen's tomb is around 700 EGP for adults and 350 EGP for children under 12. • For the balloon ride, the minimum age is 6 years old, and all children need to be accompanied by an adult
• The balloon trip is subject to favourable weather conditions. If cancelled due to weather, you will be entitled to a partial refund
• The tour duration time is simply a guideline and subject to change due to operational conditions or the hotel's location. The balloon flight duration is normally about 45 minutes, however, flight times can vary from 40 to 90 minutes depending on the temperature of the air
• If possible, you may want to arrange a take-away breakfast box and late dinner with your hotel reception before the tour date
• The 6-people private group is open to a maximum of 15 participants
• Please be aware that a copy of your passport will be required during the confirmation process
