Following this, you'll sit down to savour a four-course meal featuring your culinary creations. There will be an ample supply of wine and beer, providing an opportunity for you to engage in conversation with your host, Fulvio, and fellow guests. Feel right at home as you get stuck into cooking, before tucking into your homemade feast!
Menu
- Starter: Pasta al Forno, Pasta with Sarde, or Pasta alla Norma (eggplants and ricotta). Alternatively, opt for a sauce or pasta dish with legumes and vegetables.
- Main Course: Choose between salted bass with lemon sauce accompanied by vegetables and potatoes, or chicken cooked in a Palermitan style, also served with vegetables and potatoes.
- Dessert: Indulge in a Cannolo Siciliano or Tiramisù.
- To Finish: Fresh fruit and a digestif of either Marsala or Limoncello.
