You will receive all the ingredients. Then, it's time to mix, knead, and roll your dough from scratch. The chef will spill the secrets to crafting perfect pasta, just like you’d find in a Michelin-star kitchen.

After cooking up your own creations, you'll sit down to enjoy them paired with some Tuscan wines. A sommelier will be your tasting guide, showing you how to sip like a pro and why certain wines pair better with different dishes.
