We steken de bergen over en bereiken een klein stadje met 5.000 inwoners. Hier wandelen we door 100% biologische, pesticidenvrije velden, de thuisbasis van eeuwenoude wijngaarden, amandel- en olijfbomen. Na een wandeling van 40 minuten waarin we veel leren, rijden we 5 minuten naar een coöperatie waar druiven en olijven biologisch worden verwerkt. Wees getuige van de transformatie van druiven in wijn en olijven in olie en snacks, een ontzagwekkende ervaring. Het hoogtepunt wacht in de hangar, waar we genieten van een begeleide proeverij van 5 wijnen, 3 olijfolies en snackolijven, gecombineerd met tapas: tortilla, amandelen, chorizo, kaas en meer.
