The Cathedral began life in the 13th-century and has been developed and enhanced in almost every century since, with improvements to the interior by legendary architect, Antoni Gaudí, in the early 1900s. È una serata in cui sentirete un autentico senso di appartenenza a qualcosa che è una tradizione locale da secoli.La guida vi condurrà attraverso il cuore storico della città, preparando la scena prima di partecipare ai momenti salienti della serata, tra cui l'accensione dei falò, le danze con i demoni e la musica tradizionale dal vivo. E se volete assaggiare ciò che la gente del posto porta in tavola, c'è una sosta facoltativa in cui potrete assaggiare specialità come la sobrasada e il botifarró (sono tipi di salsicce stagionate), pane con alioli e un bicchiere di vino dell'isola.
