Gelegen in het centrum, omringd door de karakteristieke muurschilderingen die de straten fresco's, het Museum kan bogen op ongeveer twee eeuwen (laatste records verwijzen naar 1848). Het blijft intact in zijn schoonheid en typisch voor de gebouwen buiten die periode. Het museum herbergt de oude gebruiksvoorwerpen die werden gebruikt bij de productie vanaf het typische brood vanaf Orgosolo: "Su Pane Tostu" (Carasau brood) en "s'ispianada" (de esplanade). Je kunt een educatieve activiteit doen waarbij je letterlijk je "handen in het deeg" moet steken om de technieken en geheimen vanaf het broodbakken in al zijn fasen te leren. Het museum wordt ook opgeluisterd met een korte film met drie oudere Orgolese vrouwen in de hoofdrol. Tot slot, ter bevestiging vanaf de belangrijkste schenking vanaf de Orgolesi dat is de gastvrijheid pro s'istranzu (gast-buitenlander), zul je genieten vanaf een heerlijke proeverij vanaf het typische brood vergezeld vanaf een uitstekende kaas geproduceerd door de lokale herders en een glas lokale "cannonau" wijn.
