• After booking, you will receive a separate e-mail from the activity provider with your entry tickets. The QR ticket will only be visible when in proximity to the venue. You will need internet connection on your smartphone to retrieve your QR ticket
• Access to Topkapi Palace is only possible with a guide, and available daily except Tuesdays at 9.30 am, 11 am, 12 pm, 1.30 pm, and 3.30 pm. Reservations are not required. The guide will provide a 20-minute introduction. Once inside, you can explore the palace on your own until 5 pm. Some exhibitions or sections may be temporarily closed for maintenance
• You can visit Basilica Cistern, Dolmabahce Palace and Hagia Sophia any time you want during the opening hours on the booked day. For updated opening hours, visit the venues' official websites
• The Hagia Sophia Museum entrance ticket only provides access to the 2nd-floor visitor areas, but not to the mosque's prayer areas. Kindly note that due to the limited capacity of the location, you might wait in queue to enter even with the skip-the-line ticket
• In Hagia Sofia, make sure to dress modestly by covering your arms and legs
• All visitors are required to pass through security checks at the entrances
• Please note that restoration work is ongoing at Hagia Sophia, so some areas may be temporarily closed during your visit. Closures may change depending on the work inside.

Remember to bring:

• In Hagia Sofia, women are required to cover their hair with a scarf. If you forget to bring a scarf, you can purchase one before entering
• Children must present their passports at the museum entrances to validate their age
