Step beyond the Wall, the former border of a divided Germany, and discover East Berlin’s rich history and its connection with the Cold War. Visit the East Side Gallery memorial wall, the longest surviving section of the Berlin wall that is now an open-air gallery where you can find some famous art and graffiti, a celebration of freedom and German unification.
