Your culinary journey begins with a choice of ouzo or tsipouro, accompanied by pita bites with dips. This is followed by salads, including the Greek salad featuring feta cheese and extra virgin olive oil, as well as the Cretan dakos, a barley rusk salad with tomatoes and feta.
