Visitors are encouraged to take their time and enjoy the journey along the ridge line boardwalk, which leads to a national historic site. Ample opportunities for capturing memorable photographs are available throughout the trip. Once at the top, visitors are allotted one hour and forty minutes to explore and take in the surroundings before their designated time to descend back down the mountain.
