Meeting point:

Bring your voucher to the At the Top Will Call counter, located on the lower ground level of the Dubai Mall, at any time to pick up your tickets. By metro, take the red line to the Burj Khalifa Station. By car, take the 1st interchange along Sheikh Zayed Road and proceed through Financial Centre Road to Dubai Mall. Parking is available at Dubai Mall, Fashion Avenue car park.

Temporary Update (valid 3rd June 2025–30th September 2025): You can access levels 124 and 125 from 5:00 am to 12:00 pm or from 9:00 pm to midnight (last entry at 11:00 pm)
Tickets are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase
Priority will be given to dated and timed ticket holders
Personal handbags and purses are allowed. However, shopping bags, strollers, sports bags, backpacks, etc. must be stored in the secure baggage check room located near the entrance
For your safety, the outdoor terrace may need to close during severe weather conditions. Refunds and rain checks are not offered for inclement weather
Infants under 3 years old do not need a ticket, admission is free of charge
