Know in advance:

during Ramadan (19 February–20 March 2026), operating hours are from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the last admission at 4:30 PM
after your booking has been confirmed, you'll receive another email at least 24 hours before your travel date containing a PDF ticket which you'll have to present to gain entry to the attraction
the usual opening times (subject to change) are daily: 10.00am - 6.00pm. School Holidays / Public Holidays 9.30am - 6.30pm
infants under the age of 3 can join for free and without needing a ticket
