Due to events at the stadium, the route and timings of the visit may vary.
Note: The turf on the pitch has been temporarily removed.

Ticket control:

Keep your ticket until the end of your tour, as staff will request it when you leave.

Reduced tickets:

Supporting documentation must be shown before access.
For Madridistas reduced tickets, the cardholder must present their Madridista card at the entrance.
Children from 0 to 4 years old enter for free.

Animals:

No animals allowed, except guide dogs with official documentation.

Practical info:

Several stairs along the itinerary; luggage, pushchairs, strollers, etc., are not recommended.
