Seats are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. It is highly recommended to arrive at the meeting point at least 30 minutes before the tour departure
All buses are wheelchair accessible and equipped with powered ramps worked by the drivers. The ramps are located at the double doors in the middle of the bus. Please alert the driver of your presence to deploy the ramp and assist you with anything you may need
Animals (small ones and guide dogs) are accepted on board. Except for guide dogs, animals need to be positioned between your knees
Although infants up to 3 travel for free, a ticket is required. During the tour, it is recommended to sit on an accompanying adult's lap
