- Alcatraz ticket(s) will be arranged for Day 1 and you must pick up your tickets from the Guest Services window for Alcatraz Cruises at Pier 33 AT LEAST 30 minutes prior to boarding
- For security purposes, a government-issued photo ID is required for all guests to board the Alcatraz ferry
- The Alcatraz audio tour is available in English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Japanese, Dutch, Mandarin, Portuguese and Korean
