What to expect

For this early morning journey, leave before dawn (about 1.30am). Meet with your driver and then transfer to the starting point and follow the simple trail to the crater's centre for around two hours, accompanied by your local guide.

Enjoy the breathtaking view of the sun rising behind the impressive Mount Agung from the top. While you admire the scenery, your guide will prepare a simple breakfast with hard-boiled egg, coffee, or tea and toast.

Head back down the slope of the volcano and then soak yourself in the natural hot springs filled with mineral-rich waters that bubble up from deep within the earth. These waters are known for their therapeutic properties, offering a range of health benefits such as soothing tired muscles, improving circulation, and promoting overall well-being.
