What to expect

Discover Eindhoven and the green surrounding area independently on a E-Fatbike with a designed route on your own phone. The web app includes navigation, pictures, information and tips. Choose to read or have it read aloud in 8 different languages.

Follow the 45 km route on a sturdy, quiet, environmentally friendly electric E-Fatbike. On the urban E-Fatbike you'll make a slow rotating movement with the pedals without applying force. The speed is a maximum of 25 km per hour and there is plenty of time to enjoy everything around you. The range depends on the pedal assistance you use; between 70 km and 140 km.

You can pickup the bikes between 10:00 and 12:00 hrs and drop off between 17:00 and 18:00 hrs.

Meeting point:

Pickup your e-bike at City Tours Eindhoven between 10.30 and 12.00 hrs and drop off between 17.00 and 18.00 hrs. The starting point is in the north of Eindhoven with free parking and can be reached by bus 2 (Blixembosch) from the central station Eindhoven in 20 minutes (end point). Please arrive between 10.30 and 12.00 hrs for pickup.

What to remember

Maximum of 14 guests during booking
You must be at least 7 years old to partake this activity
Guests from 12 years of age with a minimum height of 1.40 m are allowed to drive the E-Fatbike independently, provided they are accompanied by an adult
You do not need a driver's license, but some cycling experience is necessary
Children (age 7-11): Free of charge on bike of adults
Children must be able to sit independently on the back of the e-bike by means of a footrests
On the day of your rental you will receive a link and password for the web app from the tour operator
You are responsible and liable for damage to the bicycle. There is no insurance included for accidents and it can not be bought on site.
Pay € 4.95 (on the spot) extra per bike and pay nothing in case of damage to your bike up to € 500,-
Event duration is between 1 - 7.5 hours (Pickup between 10.30 and 12.00 hrs and drop off between 17.00 and 18.00 hrs
Web app is available in English, Italian, Spanish, French, German, Dutch, Japanese and Chinese
Bring a charged phone and powerbank if you have one
Keep in mind that at the speeds of the bike it will feel colder than it actually is
