Not allowed:

• Infants (age 0-1)
• Bags, hats or caps, detached accessories from the body, selfie sticks
• Food and drinks, vapes, cigarettes, drugs and weapons

Know in advance:

• Maximum weight per passenger is 250 lbs. Any passengers weighing over 250 lbs will require a Mandatory Comfort Seat for aircraft balancing purposes. 50% additional fee to the regular tour cost, per passenger. If you didn't add the Mandatory Comfort Seat, please contact the local operator after booking
• Together seating is not guaranteed, unless you book an Exclusive Flight (private) for a $125 fee in addition to the tour cost
• NO WAIVERS, NO FLIGHTS. All passengers MUST submit the online waiver sent by email, 48 hours before the helicopter tour time (if booked for the next or same day, MUST submit immediately). If it’s not received on time, the tour will be cancelled, no refunds. As well as the credit card authorisation form, it must be submitted 48 hours BEFORE tour time, by the card owner who needs to bring the card and matching ID to the tour
• Each passenger MUST watch our Safety Briefing video before arrival for your helicopter tour
• All passengers MUST arrive 15 minutes before tour time. It will be considered a no-show if customers have not arrived at the scheduled tour time; no refund will be given
• Keen Fly reserves the right to cancel or reschedule at their discretion, due to many different factors such as, bad weather conditions, maintenance, FAA mandatory inspections and/or a TFR (Temporary Flight Restriction); Keen Fly can deny passengers boarding if they are deemed intoxicated or impaired - no refund will be given. Tour time can be delayed due to a variety of reasons. If this is the case, customers will be informed
• Window/door seat is not guaranteed for all passengers (except for First Class Passengers), it is max. 3 doors off per flight
• Car pickup and drop off are available locally for an additional cost. You may note your request for pickup and your pickup address in your booking. The local supplier will then reach out to confirm pickup details
• Empty pockets are required

• Valid photo ID
• Credit card on file (which must match the photo ID)
