Ho Chi Minh Airport Pick-up or Drop-off Transfer

Know in advance:

• Waiting time for pick-up: 120 minutes (for domestic arrivals) and 150 minutes (for international arrivals) calculated from the actual landing time of the flight. In case of delayed flights, please notify and update the local operator at least 2 hours in advance of the provided landing time
• Waiting time for drop-off: 30 minutes calculated from the scheduled pickup time. In case you want to change the drop-off time to be earlier or later, please notify and update the local operator at least 2 hours before the actual departure time
• Beyond the specified waiting time, the local operator will not wait any longer, and this portion of the fee will not be refunded
• The date and time you provide will be the date and time for the pick-up/drop-off
• The suggested time for airport drop-off: pick up 4 hours before the flight for international flights and 3 hours before the flight for domestic flights

Pick-up and drop-off area with no additional fee: roads within the central area of District 1, Ho Chi Minh City:

• Near Ben Thanh Market area: Le Thanh Ton, Ly Tu Trong, Thu Khoa Huan, Le Loi, Phan Chu Trinh, Luu Van Lang, Le Anh Xuan, Pho Duc Chinh, Thu Khoa Huan, Nguyen Trung Truc, Nguyen Du.
• Backpacker area: De Tham, Bui Vien, Do Quang Dau, Cong Quynh, Pham Ngu Lao, Le Lai, Nguyen Trai (excluding the extended area to District 5).
• Central area: Nguyen Hue, Dong Khoi, Mac Thi Buoi, Ho Huan Nghiep, Thi Sach, Thai Van Lung, Nguyen Sieu, Le Thi Hong Gam, Ky Con, Calmette, Nguyen Cong Tru, Hai Ba Trung (excluding the extended area to District 3).
• Other areas: Truong Dinh, Pasteur, Cach Mang Thang Tam (excluding the extended area to District 3), Nguyen Thi Minh Khai (excluding the extended area to District 3), Ton Duc Thang (excluding position 2A Ton Duc Thang and Ton Duc Thang street extended area to District 4), Nguyen Van Trang, Ton That Tung, Le Thi Rieng, Bui Thi Xuan, Suong Nguyet Anh.

Note about the additional fee:

• Area: If your pick-up location is not within the area mentioned above, please select the appropriate car type according to your needs from the options provided. After you have made the reservation, please contact the local operator to confirm the actual pick-up point, and then you'll be informed about the surcharge policy. Please note that a surcharge will be applied ranging from 5$ to 25$ depending on the area outside the specified range

Waiting time fee:

• You'll be charged an additional fee of 8.5$ /hour for waiting time for flight arrivals if it exceeds 150 minutes, customers will pay directly to the driver. This applies only for confirmed waiting request
• You'll be charged an additional fee of 6.5$ /hour for waiting time for departure if it exceeds 30 minutes, customers will pay directly to the driver. This applies only for confirmed waiting request
