Meet your host in Trafalgar Square, just up from the fountains on the left-hand side, opposite the ‘Non-ticket’ entrance of the National Gallery. Your host will be wearing a dark blue ‘Vox City’ uniform. Please arrive 10 minutes early so you do not miss the departure. Please bring your headphones, have your ticket downloaded and ready to show.

Not allowed:

Liquids are strictly prohibited in the National Gallery, except baby formula, expressed milk, and prescription medicines
Large bags, wheeled luggage, fold-up bicycles, and scooters are strictly prohibited

Extra fees to be paid on-site:

There is a £2 charge per item for storing small bags, coats, umbrellas, and fold-up prams at the cloakroom
