Learn how the production of a unique gin takes place near Olbia, in northeastern Sardinia.
This special gin comes from the distillation of fermented myrtle berries and together with your guide you will discover how the drink is obtained from the raw material: you will first visit the artisanal still where the extraction takes place, then the laboratory where the transformation is completed. Not only will you have the opportunity to learn about the production of this gin, but you will enjoy an excellent cocktail prepared by an expert figure, paired with fresh oysters and olives. The whole thing will be framed by a beautiful view of the Gulf of Marinella.
