The cruise ticket must be redeemed by submitting the printed ticket you will receive from a Big Bus team member when purchasing/redeeming your bus ticket. Bateaux Parisiens, Portde la Bourdonnais, 75007 Paris, will issue a cruise ticket after receiving this. The cruise departs exclusively from the Eiffel Tower, the nearest Big Bus stops is number 8.

What to remember

Please note, you can choose between the 24-hour ticket option and the 24-hour + cruise ticket option
Children under 4 can travel on the bus for free
Recorded commentary on the bus available in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Brazilian - Portuguese
Your voucher is valid for 180 days from the date of purchase
If you chose the 24-hour+cruise ticket option, on the river cruise along the Seine individual audio guides are available, also via smartphone, in 14 languages, with special comments for children (8 to 14 years old)
Strollers and pushchairs must be folded and stowed on the lower deck
