Discover the Silfra Fissure, one of Iceland's most desirable snorkeling spots. The blue waters in this narrow channel meander from the Langjökull Glacier through giant lava fields and into Thingvellir, where the Eurasian and American tectonic plates are slowly separating. Witness supernatural shades of blue, perfect visibility and incredible rock formations.

Park your car at 'Thingvellir P5' parking lot in Thingvellir National Park and meet your guide at the Arctic Adventures Silfra Fissure office 15 minutes prior to departure.

Participants need to be comfortable in the water and be able to swim. You are unable to participate if you are pregnant, due to the small risk of cold water entering the suit

Warm outdoor clothing, waterproof jacket and pants, headwear and gloves. Good hiking shoes are recommended
