Embark on an unforgettable snowmobile adventure, venturing 50-70 kilometres for 3 hours deep into the heart of Lapland's stunning natural landscapes!

Your experience begins with a meeting at our Safari Office or at our City Office, where you'll be greeted by your guide. You'll then gear up in warm winter overalls to ensure you're comfortable and protected during the ride. Next, we’ll check driving licenses for those who will be operating a snowmobile, followed by a safety briefing to go over important guidelines for a safe and enjoyable experience. Before setting off with the snowmobiles, your guide will give detailed driving instructions.

With varying lengths and speeds, this safari is perfect for both beginners and experienced riders and offers ample opportunities for taking photos along the way. The three-hour safari is one of the most popular tours, showcasing the most beautiful places in the Arctic Circle. Your guide will provide safety instructions for driving, ensuring your peace of mind as you venture into Lapland's wilderness.

What to remember

Know in advance:

Meet your guide at either the Arctic Circle Snowmobile Park Safari House in Santa Claus Village (Joulumaantie 5) or the Arctic Circle Snowmobile Park City Office (Koskikatu 8). The office in Santa Claus Village is located to the left of Santa’s Reindeer. The City Office in the center of Rovaniemi is located at the intersection of Valtakatu and Koskikatu. Please check in at the front desk inside the office with a member of staff.
Please inform us at least 48 hours before the start of the activity which office you will be arriving at, unless you specified the meeting location at the time of booking
Snowmobiles are shared by two adults
A minimum height of 145 cm is required to sit on a snowmobile as a passenger. Children sitting on a snowmobile will be charged a full adult price
The snowmobile driver is responsible for any damages to the vehicle, with a maximum personal self-liability of €950 per person per snowmobile in case of an accident

Extra fees to be paid on-site:

Additional insurance can be purchased on-site for €15, reducing self-liability to €150. This insurance must be purchased before the start of the tour
If you want a single riding, there's a supplement of €50 per person to be paid on the spot

Remember to bring:

a valid driving licence is required to drive a snowmobile, you will be asked to show your licence before departure. A provisional licence or a picture of the driving licence won't be accepted
