Enjoy an evening tour in the wild nature of central-eastern Sardinia, and hear stories and anecdotes in a location with breathtaking views over the sea of the Gulf of Orosei.
With a local guide, you'll visit ancient refuges of shepherds in the Sardinian mountains, where people still live now as in the past. A shepherd will accompany you in his world, between the silence of the mountain and free animals in nature. You can experience an unspoiled territory and get involved during the preparation of a typical Sardinian dinner made with local products. You'll taste hors d'oeuvres based on cold cuts, goat's cheese and casadina, a typical cake with fresh cheese and mint, a second course of roast pork – "porcetto" in the local language – for groups of 6 or more people, or goat skewers, plus seasonal vegetables, fruit, sweet, water, wine and coffee.
