Take part in a typical Sicilian street food lesson right in the heart of Taormina!
Together with an expert chef you will learn how to prepare the wafer used for the cannoli, you will assist in the preparation of the cream, and you will compose your own original Sicilian cannolo. Or you can choose to make arancini, followed step by step by the chef, you'll learn the basics of the famous Sicilian arancino, from cooking the rice to the filling to the final frying. Lastly, you can sit with your group and taste your creations.
