Marmajuelo is a wine tasting experience that pairs some of the most traditional dishes with the famous Malvasía Dulce, a sweet wine celebrated even by Shakespeare.
All the tastings feature zero-kilometre products from the natural pantry, highlighting local flavours and sustainable practices. Many of the grape varieties are exclusive to the Canary Islands, part of the islands’ natural heritage.
The Marmajuelo tasting Includes four glasses of Tenerife wines: white, red, rosé, and sweet Malvasía. You will also taste five local specialities such as Tenerife honey, roasted Canarian pork, almogrote, vegetable pâté, and cheese (4 portions + toasted bread).
