The inside story
Alongside being a top spot for catching a glimpse of the Northern Lights, Tromso is a dream destination for any whale watcher or enthusiast. Humpback whales, orcas, and killer whales swim to the coasts of Tromso, fjord and surrounding islands in the winter season as they come to feed on the Herring that migrate here. It’s a spectacular sight to see the largest living animals on the planet up close.
Breathe in the Arctic air as you sail on the waters in search of the giants of the sea and admire their behaviour.
