The guide will be at the entrance of the palace (on the street, not in the courtyard) holding a yellow sign with TOUR written on it. Please be at the meeting point 10 minutes before the beginning of the tour.

To participate in the standard tour in English and Italian a minimum age of 14 is required (children and infants are not allowed), while the family tour (available only in Italian) is open to customers of all ages (adults 18+, youth 14-17, children 6-13 and infants 0-5)
This tour is guaranteed with a minimum number of 2 participants
Minors must be accompanied by an adult
Note that starting from April 9th, the Galleria dei Re section will be closed for restoration. The visit to the Egyptian Museum will take place as scheduled
