What to expect

Combine three unique experiences in one day: Visit lovely Chamonix at the foot of majestic Mont Blanc, take the cable car up to the summit of Aiguille du Midi and enjoy a picturesque mountain train ride to “La mer de Glace”, the largest glacier of France.

The bus roundtrip starts from Geneva in the morning. Enjoy a picturesque 90 minutes' ride and discover one of the most famous mountain villages in the world upon arrival. Wherever you look up in Chamonix, you'll admire the roof of Europe: 4.810m (15.781 ft) high Mont Blanc. Breathe in the fresh mountain air and stroll through the charming streets of the city that hosted the first Winter Olympics in 1924 and has become a capital of alpinism, freeride skiing, ice climbing, and ultra-trail running ever since.

Take the cable car and ride to the summit of Aiguille du Midi, the peak just in front of Mont-Blanc. Look forward to spectacular views on the French, Swiss and Italian Alps at 3.842m height and to feeling like touching the sky.

Enjoy a train ride through the mountain landscape in the afternoon and see the largest glacier of France, also known as 'La Mer de Glace', the Ice Sea. A panoramic terrace will give you a breathtaking view on the glacier.

Show up at the bus station in Geneva 15 minutes prior to the departure time. The driver wears a Keytours jacket for easy recognition.

Mountain tours are subject to weather conditions, and it cannot be guaranteed that all facilities will be open on arrival. If one activity is closed, alternatives or partial refunds may be offered. However, transportation costs are non-refundable in all cases
If you choose both the Aiguille du Midi and Mer de Glace options, a Multipass will be issued. This pass gives access to all Compagnie du Mont-Blanc facilities. Once used for any single activity, it is considered fully used and cannot be refunded, even if other activities are closed
The train ticket includes access to the ice caves and gondola; however, these are not guaranteed. The train may operate while the caves are closed, and no refund applies in this case
Please note that the official currency in France is the Euro. Swiss francs are generally not accepted in Chamonix
