Upon arrival, please enter through the Main Atrium. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time. To gain entry to the tour, make sure you're logged into your Ticketmaster account on your mobile phone, using the same details you used to claim your tickets.

Backpacks, large bags, outside food, and beverages are not permitted on the tour

Please note that to access your tickets, you need to download the Ticketmaster app to your phone
