Your day begins in Girona, a city with origins dating back to around 76 BC that has withstood centuries of change and conflict. You'll wander through the narrow medieval streets of the Jewish Quarter, walk along the Roman walls surrounding the old town and see the Arab Baths.
The journey continues to the medieval village of Pals, before following scenic coastal roads that reveal sweeping sea views, rugged cliffs and hidden coves along the Costa Brava.
In Calella de Palafrugell, you'll have free time to explore at your own pace. Stroll past the whitewashed houses lining the seafront, choose from a range of traditional restaurants for a relaxed lunch, or walk along the rocky coastline. If you prefer, you can also take a swim in the clear waters or visit the cliff‑top botanical gardens at Cap Roig.
