Meeting point:

Meet at the corner between Via Ricasoli and Piazza San Marco, in front of the loggiato of Accademia delle Belle Arti. An assistant will be waiting for you wearing blue clothing with Caf Tour and Gray Line logos. Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the tour starts.

To confirm your booking, you must provide all participants' first and last names, a valid mobile phone number, and an email address. Bookings cannot be confirmed if any of these details are missing. All participants must present an original valid ID on the day of the tour
Although your tour includes skip-the-line entry, access to the museum may still be delayed during busy periods due to mandatory security checks (including metal detectors) and visitor capacity limits inside the museum
The lunch starts at 12.30 pm at Trattoria da Benvenuto and includes a 3-course set menu. Drinks are not included. For infants (aged 0-5), the lunch is to be paid on the spot
The guided service may be provided in two languages due to operational reasons
Appropriate clothing is recommended to visit places of worship
