The inside story
If it’s time on the sand in Majorca you’re after, Palma Beach deserves some attention. Nestled just south of the island’s capital city, Palma, and about 700 metres from Palma de Mallorca Airport, this massive sweep of sand – which stretches out for around 4.5 kilometres – has everything you want and need for that classic Balearic Island beach break. We’re talking shallow water that’s ideal for little ones to splash in, lots of sandcastle-building territory and a bunch of sea-view bars and restaurants within reach.
