Know in advance:
- Infants under two years join for free, except for activities with age restrictions
- Enter your arrival date as the booking date and add your preferred excursion dates in the comments section. The provider will contact you by email or WhatsApp to confirm the final tour dates
- Pick-up times vary depending on your hotel location. Final pick-up times are confirmed one day before each excursion
- For early departures, arrange a takeaway breakfast and late dinner with your hotel in advance
- Bundles are available in English, German, French, Italian, Polish, and Russian. Additionally, Cairo and Luxor by Air included in the Premium bundle are also available in Dutch and Spanish, in addition to the languages listed above
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start time of any excursion are non-refundable in line with the applicable cancellation policy
- Bundle offers are based on booking all included experiences together at a special package price. If you book a bundle containing 3 experiences and choose to cancel 1 or 2 experiences within the free cancellation period, the free tour (bundle offer) will be cancelled if you have not participated in it. If you cancel after you have experienced the free tour, you'll be kindly requested to pay the original price for the free tour
- Cancellation by local provider: If a cancellation is initiated by the local provider, a partial refund will be issued for the cancelled experience(s)

- For the PREMIUM bundle including Ancient Luxor and Cairo by plane, please bring your passport and make sure you’ve obtained the full Egypt visa sticker—not just the free Gulf of Aqaba stamp. If you have not purchased the full Egypt visa yet upon arrival at the airport in Sharm El Sheikh, you still can purchase it through the assistance of your hotel rep for the local provider for an additional fee if you did not purchase it upon arrival
- Don't forget to bring comfortable clothes and shoes, swimwear, towel, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, camera or mobile phone with sufficient battery capacity, drinking water and cash for personal expenses
