• The Park and Palace of Monserrate are partly wheelchair accessible: in the Park there is a ramped route from the entranceway as far as the Palace with particular attention needed for steeply sloping sections. In the Palace, there is no access to either the second floor or the kitchen for persons with mobility restrictions. The Palace interior features a 3-D scale model of the Palace that visitors may touch and discover more about the building's layout

• This is a combination of a downloadable self-guided audio tour for your smartphone (accessible through an app) and an entry ticket for the Park and Palace of Monserrate
• No live guide or meeting point provided
• After booking, you will receive an email with further instructions on how to access and download your audio tour. Please check your email spam folder as well
• The course of the visit may be modified, and special restrictions may be imposed. The visitors must always adhere to the guidelines of the site
