After the cruise back downstream, it's time to explore Omis and its colourful history. You'll finish the day wandering the churches, fortresses and narrow streets – once walked by the notorious Omis pirates.

Amazing landscapes and adrenaline-pumping adventure are the name of the game in this River Cetina rafting excursion. You'll make your way along the Dalmatian coast towards Omis and then climb up the western slopes of the Dinaric Alps to the starting point. The descent ends a few hours later in the lower Cetina gorge.We'll head to Omis – a pretty town at the mouth of a rocky gorge on the River Cetina. From here, we'll drive up into the mountains. On arrival at the launching pad for the descent by raft, you'll be given a quick safety briefing and kitted out with wetsuits, helmets and life vests.Next, you'll take a seat in your raft, ready for a ride through the rugged canyon. Expect fast-moving rapids and calm currents as the raft skims, spins and glides over the foamy water. Your rafting adventure lasts about three hours, before ending at the lower gorge. Here, you can leave your rafts behind and jump into the river for a dip or explore the neighbouring forest.

You'll venture into Biokovo Nature Park on this half-day panoramic tour, which brings you close to nature without the need for hiking long distances. The highlight of your journey will be a visit to the skywalk where you can step out onto the glass walkway to experience the sweeping views.You'll drive through Biokovo Nature Park, a haven for endemic flora and fauna as well as a great viewpoint.
